Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size, color, or style, follow these steps:

2. Provide Details – Share your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the replacement details.

4. Receive Your Exchange – Once we receive and verify your item, we will send your replacement.

Exchange Policy for Faulty or Incorrect Items

We stand by our products, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

• Notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• We will assess your request and provide a replacement if the issue is valid.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags.

Shipping Costs

• If the exchange is due to a sizing issue or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item, REBEL will cover the return shipping costs.
