- Receive Your Exchange – Once we receive and verify your item, we will send your replacement.
Exchange Policy for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We stand by our products, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- We will assess your request and provide a replacement if the issue is valid.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Shipping Costs
- If the exchange is due to a sizing issue or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item, REBEL will cover the return shipping costs.
